Taking a circular saw to a Mac Pro
Quinn Nelson just posted a great video in which he modifies his Mac Pro in a number of ways. 3-D printed caster adapters, LED lights, a 3-D printed SATA drive case, and then the big one—he uses a circular saw to cut the bottom of the outer shell so that he can lift the case off without unplugging any cables.
Not only is the video entertaining, you’ll learn something you may not have known about what happens when you lift the case off of a Mac Pro when it’s running.
